    Capability Scotland are currently looking to recruit an Employment Adviser on a fixed term contract until 31 March 2019 to support the management team in the day to day delivery of their Progress Fife employment programme. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be responsible for supporting people with disabilities and health conditions progress into work, further education or accredited training whilst developing innovative marketing practices and strategies to increase employment opportunities for the clients they work with.

    You will be required to develop partnerships with employers and external agencies to promote the role of the department and the services that are provided, whilst achieving set monthly sustainable job entry targets, to stringent audit requirements.
