The East Neuk Centre Trust is seeking volunteers to act as a Trustee and assist in the management and direction of the Trust. The Trust is currently responsible for four Community Use Halls in Anstruther and Cellardyke with the prospect of further expansion on the horizon. This is an exciting time for the Trust who are keen to hear from forward thinking, energetic candidates with an interest in the community.
Main duties: - Provide collective support to the organisation to pursue its objectives as defined in its governing document, charity law, company law and other relevant legislation/regulations - Support the Board to formulate strategic plans and regular review of long-term strategic aims of the charity - Collectively work to define goals, targets and evaluate performance against agreed targets. - Support the collective annual review the Board structure, role, staff relationships and ensure implementation of agreed changes/developments are carried out.

Potential Trustee’s should live within the Trust area, Anstruther to Pittenweem and the surround area. Trustees are expected to attend monthly meetings held within the evening on the last Tuesday of the month.
Director, Trustee, Board/Committee member or Governor?!
