Their support services are operated by our highly trained team of PANDAS volunteers who are here to help you in confidence. In-person groups near Fife in Falkirk and Prestonpans; online and WhatsApp support also available. What A PANDAS Group Is: Peer-to-peer support from trained volunteers who get it. A listening environment focused on understanding, not advising. Opportunity to feel less isolated, whether sharing or just listening. Inclusive to all and a place to be yourself. Emotional support for all, regardless of diagnosis or feelings. A stepping stone for those considering further support.
