People participating take part in a structured gardening programme which: Develops mental health coping strategies, using horticultural approaches; Promotes your health and wellbeing; Enhances your employability skills; Provides education and training in horticulture. Referrals can be through Self Referral, Job Centre Plus, GP, Social Worker, Support Worker, or CPN.
