    The 3H Foundation helps people with disabilities and carers have a period of respite. Our grant programme assists families on a low income who have a family member with disabilities, to organise their own UK holiday. The grants are given for the accommodation part of the holiday and are paid direct to the chosen venue. Carers can also be awarded a grant for a holiday away from their caring role. The carers programme also provides alternative forms of respite to carers who are unable to take time away from their cared for family.
