Due to the shocking queues for mental health support - it has become recognized, especially during the pandemic, that online groups are a powerful way to help others - especially when there are no local groups available. Families in Trauma are developing groups that will be of real assistance to those in need so if you would like to talk to us about group support - please email us for dates and details.
