    Dads Rock advocates for Young Dads (aged 30 or under) and help them build resilience and disrupt the cycle of adversity and trauma. They provide online peer support to dads in Fife and anywhere in Scotland, as well as some in-person support groups and activities. Dads Rock welcomes ALL dads and male carers. Whatever your background, nationality, relationship status, or gender identity, there is a space for you here! All their services are free, ensuring that every dad, regardless of their financial situation, can access the support, community, and resources they need to be the best parent they can be.
