    Barnardo's Empowering change (BEC) is a community-based service working in partnership with Clued Up to work across Fife delivering whole family support on a voluntary basis with families affected by alcohol and drug use. Support is offered to families with children aged 0-26 and can consist of individual support to parents and children and whole family support. Referrals are accepted via the Social work service, Addiction services, schools, self- referrals and voluntary organisations.
