The Springboard Charity Organisation
Last updated: 17/12/2025 (more than 6 months ago)The Springboard Charity support unemployed people to improve their skills, confidence and job prospects. For over 30 years, they have been helping unemployed people of all ages, abilities and backgrounds to improve their career potential, especially those who experience barriers to employment and young people. By doing so, Springboard helps to reduce unemployment and poverty across the UK and improves the prospects of young people. They equip trainees with personal, professional and employability skills, through our first class education programmes, mentoring, advice and guidance, award-winning training, access to work experience placements, dedicated aftercare and, ultimately, sustainable employment. At the same time Springboard UK advocates for the industry and helps our employer partners to attract, develop and retain talent, futureproofing the talent pipeline for hospitality.
