Dunfermline Rambling Club walks cater for people of all abilities and levels of fitness. “Low-level” day walks are perhaps of 7-10 miles, often coastal, canal or moorland walks around or over the many delightful lower hills in Fife and nearby. “High-level” day walks are often further afield, perhaps a couple of hours drive away, typically including a Munro or Corbett or two, with 8-12 miles of hillwalking taking perhaps 5-7 hours. Weekend trips have included Braemar, Torridon, Ullapool, Glen Sheil, Glen Affric, Arran and Skye, and we sometimes visit the Lake District in October.
