    SupportED run informal, peer led, safe and confidential support for people affected by difficulties with disordered eating, poor relationships with exercise or food or body image concerns. The groups aim to provide a supportive, recovery focused space to sufferers and carers in Fife and Perth. The charity also supports sufferers in Glasgow. Groups in Kirkcaldy normally meet on the first Tuesday of each month at St. Bryce Kirk. The charity is also starting a Befriending Scheme to offer One-to-One support.
