Last updated: 26/01/2026 (more than 6 months ago)The Substances Support Scotland programme SSS Wellness, formerly ADAPT, is the main drug and alcohol triage service in Fife. It provides assessment of need and referral to specialist drug and alcohol services within the NHS and Third Sector.
SSS Wellness also provides information, advice and brief help for alcohol and/or drug use. Anyone requiring more intensive help can be guided and supported towards SSS counselling and other services. They also provide advice and counselling for carers of people suffering from substance misuse. Support Workers are also available in drop-in Clinics.
