At meetings they have exercise sessions designed for those with lung conditions, they have speakers and also have time for a cuppa and a chat. Meetings are held in Dunfermline, Kirkcaldy, Levenmouth and St Andrews so there is one local to you. You can either give them a call for more information or have a look at their Facebook page for upcoming meetings.
