  • Changing Room Service

    Provided by The Pars Foundation

Last updated: 06/05/2026 (more than 3 months ago)

The Changing Room brings men aged 30–65 together to focus on mental health and wellbeing — using football as the starting point. Over a free 12-week programme, you’ll be part of a small group of men, sharing a bit of banter, getting involved in football-based activities like stadium tours, walking football, pitch-side walks, quizzes and guest speakers — while also having space to talk about the stuff that really matters. East End Park, 6:30pm – 8:00pm. Free
