Refuge don't judge or tell you what to do; they are just here to listen. They can talk in confidence, in many different languages, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for as long as you need. You can call their freephone number, use their live chat Monday - Friday 3pm - 10pm or use our BSL interpreter service Monday - Friday 10am - 6pm.
