    The Pars Foundation delivers its Early Kick Off programme at St Leonard’s Primary School, providing pupils with a healthy breakfast and a physical activity session before the school day begins. Taking place in the mornings, the programme is designed to help pupils start the day in a positive way—ensuring they are fuelled, active, and ready to learn. The breakfast session is followed by a range of fun, engaging activities led by Pars Foundation staff, with a focus on movement, coordination, and teamwork. Early Kick Off supports both physical wellbeing and classroom readiness, while also encouraging routine and positive social interaction at the start of each day.
