Last updated: 03/11/2025 (more than 6 months ago)Fitness is a very important component of success in Aussie football, all players require a very good level of aerobic endurance fitness, strength and power, running speed and agility. They are the only Aussie Rules team playing in the Scottish league from the Kingdom of Fife, recruiting players from all across the East of Scotland. The Kangaroos entered the Scottish Aussie Rules league (SARFL) in 2014 as the first team from Fife. 2014 saw members of the Kangaroos selected to play for Scotland.
