Morna Fleming is the voice of unpaid carers appointed by Fife Carers' Centre to sit on the Integrated Joint Board for the Health & Social Care Partnership. Morna wants to make contact with as many unpaid carers as possible, to represent your concerns. Morna cannot promise to answer all the questions, but can offer advice and support.
