Founded in 1977, Cupar and District Model Railway Club are a small but very friendly club with members of all ages from a varied background, but with a common interest in railways and model making. The club meets Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 18:45 at our own permanent club room in the heart of Cupar. Membership is open to anyone over 14 with an interest in railways. You can get in touch as much or little as you like, from helping to build layouts or enjoying the social aspects of the club. Members have varied skill sets and are always happy to give help and advice. The club exhibit a number of award winning DC & DCC layouts in varying scales, including N, OO, HO, ON30 and O gauges. The club's test track allows members to run stock in a variety of gauges in both DC & DCC. They organise Cupar Model Rail, held each July. In addition they also exhibit at numerous Scottish shows including Model Rail Scotland.
