Bums off Seats is a Fife Walking Initiative. They provide free local health walking opportunities in Fife and all walks are led by a trained team of Volunteer Walk Leaders. The walks are short (up to one hour) and take place mostly on paths and tracks. By joining the walks you could start to feel some of the benefits. They have 17 walks a week across Fife, and some change meeting point each week so be sure to check their website. All you need to do is turn up!
