The child may have behavioural, emotional and social difficulties as a result of living with domestic abuse. To submit a referral to Fife CEDAR Plus, you can initiate the process directly yourself (as a family member) or have a professional agency do it on your behalf. This service is provided in conjunction with the charity KASP (Kingdom Abuse Survivors Project). For more information please call.
