Cohousing: self contained homes + shared facilities + co-operative & sustainable aims. Cohousing offers a unique opportunity to build friendly neighbourhoods where the residents share common values and resources to tread lightly on our planet and to commit to sound democratic decision making. Each family or residential unit has their own house or flat, and there is a common house where regular shared meals and ceilidhs provide fun and nurture.
