Last updated: 07/08/2026 (more than 1 month ago)Andy's Man Club want to eliminate the stigma surrounding mental health and create a judgement-free, confidential space where men can be open about the storms in their lives. They aim to achieve this through weekly, free-to-attend peer-to-peer support groups for men aged over 18. All groups meet every Monday at 7pm (except Bank Holidays). There is no referral, no registration and no charge, just come along - even the biscuits and brew are free! For group locations find them on their website, or social media links.
