    Carers groups are a simple way for carers to meet up with people who understand how being a carer can affect your life. This group's activities include one hour of walking and then time after for a chance to have a cuppa and a chat. For each walk, the group will have two walk leaders, so you don’t have to worry about if you are a fast walker or more leisurely - the group will be able to have different paced walks on the day.
