    LINK Adolescent Project provides a befriending service for young people with the aim of providing support to young people who are feeling lonely and isolated due to a mental health problem. Befriending can help to improve their resilience, self-esteem, confidence and mental wellbeing, through the support of a consistent and reliable befriender. Befriending for adolescents in East Fife, Levenmouth, Glenrothes and Kirkcaldy who are experiencing mental health issues.
