Adult Cycle Training Service

Last updated: 28/11/2025 (more than 6 months ago)Cycling Scotland offer a range of training sessions to provide you with the skills and confidence to travel by bike.
Their national network of instructors can support everyone, from absolute beginners looking to master key skills, through to more advanced training for staff who use their bikes for work.
All of their training aligns to the UK National Standard for Cycle Training, and has been found to have a positive impact both on rider confidence and how often people cycle.
Sessions can be organised individually or for small groups, including families.
