Aims and objectives
We're RNIB and we're here for everyone affected by sight loss. Our practical and emotional support can help people who are blind, partially sighted or losing their sight, face the future with confidence.
We provide emotional support, advice, access to technology and ways to continue reading as well as campaigning and advice on staying in work.
We have a wide range of volunteering opportunities within Edinburgh & The Lothians and across Scotland, including: Befriending; Driving; Gardening Support; Social Activities; Art & Crafts; Technology Support; Sighted Guide Companion Walker; Fundraising; IT Learning Support: Children & Young People's Support and Welfare Benefits Rights.
