    Aims and objectivesBarony's Contact Point Day Centres provide vulnerable people including those who are recovering from or living with mental illness the opportunity to access a range of wellbeing services and support. At present, approximately 250 individuals access these services located in both Kirkcaldy and Buckhaven. Contact Point aims to promote and sustain user recovery via a structured programme of groups and events, including social, recreational and educational activities, health promotion, music and art therapy, and one-to-one support as well as signposting to other services, support and resources within the wider Fife community. Services are open Monday to Friday (including some later evening opening times) with a drop-in session at Kirkcaldy ever Sunday afternoon.
