Created/last updated: 08/02/2023Aims and objectives | The Fife Air Cadets Conservation Group is an environmental organisation working with young people from the Air Cadet Organisation, Scout Association and many families. It works in partnership with communities across Fife to restore and conserve wold and urban places as an important part of getting the youngsters to learn about the natural heritage of Scotland and promote active citizenship in the community while taking part in the John Muir Award and Duke of Edinburgh Award. Under its motto of "working together for tomorrow's future" it has a well established track record in providing young people with a wide range of opportunities for discovering and exploring wild areas, learning countryside skills and crafts and at the same time enhancing their personal development whilst undertaking practical conservation tasks and having fun. |
