Created/last updated: 19/11/2025Aims and objectives Seal promotes promotes health and wellbeing by ensuring that children and young people feel included and are supported to deal with life’s challenges. This is achieved through fun, activity-based group work aimed at building character strengths to help individuals develop resilience, confidence and self esteem. Groups meet during week day evenings and members take part in structured outcome-based activities delivered within Seal House and in the local community.
