    Aims and objectivesAir Cadets offers a range of training & adventure for air-minded youth allied to the Royal Air Force (RAF). It is not a pre-service organisation but is partially funded by public finance through the RAF. This squadron is part of the South East Scotland Wing run by uniformed volunteers; however, each unit is a registered charity and has its own Civilian Committee to organise & maintain non-public financing to facilitate various projects such as adventure training, participation in the Duke of Edinburgh's Award, first aid, etc.
