MCR Pathways (Young Fife Talent)
Created/last updated: 11/06/2025| Aims and objectives | MCR Pathways is a transformational secondary school mentoring and talent development programme for looked-after and other young people who have experienced disadvantage that dramatically improves their educational attainment, progression and wellbeing. It has relationship-based mentoring at its heart but is an integrated programme supporting primary school transitions, delivering weekly group work in S1 & S2, carefully matched mentors from S3, and helping to put in place a bitesize menu of employment, college and university experiences. |
