    FIRST operates a community-based rehabilitation service to individuals 16+ who have issues relating to drug and/or alcohol use. Naloxone is a drug which can temporarily reverse the effects of opioid overdose. FIRST Rehabilitation Workers are trained in the distribution of Naloxone. You do not need to be a client of FIRST to get free training and your own supply of Naloxone.
