    Substances Support Scotland's Hospital Liaison Team provides intensive support to individuals most affected by their substance use following a hospital stay. As patients leave hospital, the team ensures they receive relevant advice, practical guidance and connection to appropriate services. They also open pathways into recovery through a wide range of tailored support options.
