    The Nourish Family Support Centre in Mitchelson Estate Kirkcaldy and the Community Hub in the Mercat Centre in Kirkcaldy offer holistic support to families in Fife with additional support needs. Many of the staff, trustees and volunteers are parents or carers of a child with a disability. The centre offers a welcome and safe space for people to come along to relax, unwind, and unload without feeling judged and also opportunities to meet with others who are facing similar difficulties and who simply get it.
