Active Aqua is a Health and Wellbeing programme option for people with a long-term health condition looking to do their exercise in the water. This group session is taught as an Aqua Aerobics class, but with a slightly slower pace and some exercise adaptations to make it accessible for people living with a range of health conditions. This session benefits your cardiovascular fitness, strength and mobility along with being fun and sociable.
