They provide confidential advice to keep drug users safe, a free needle and syringe service, tests for blood borne viruses, overdose awareness training and can also provide life-saving Naloxone injections and nasal sprays to reverse the effects of opioid based drugs. The service can be accessed by visiting the Greig Institute in Leven, by phone or by email. The charity also has a harm reduction van which moves around Fife.
