    Fife-ETC are a group of seven charities who work together to help Fife residents to gain qualifications and to enter into work. Support is provided to overcome barriers that can be stopping people to sustain in work. The primary objectives of Fife-ETC include expanding the reach of employability services through community-based engagement, prioritizing support in areas of greatest need and among specific target groups, mitigating long-term unemployment, and addressing identified barriers to employment.

    One distinguishing feature of the Consortium is its comprehensive, Fife-wide "wrap-around" approach to assisting individuals in re-entering the workforce. This means that clients have access to multiple services simultaneously, facilitated by a "no wrong door policy," ensuring that clients are directed to the appropriate service based on their needs, regardless of where they initially seek assistance.
