They'll explore with you the issues around the self-harm and work with you to discover alternative coping strategies. They won't just focus on self-harm, they'll explore with you your overall wellbeing and the things that are important to you in your life. Many of their team members have their own lived experience of living with mental health challenges, and so they come with an understanding of what you might be going through. If you’re aged 18 and over and live in Fife, you can access our free support by contacting them directly. This is called self-referral. Just email or call today to ask about accessing support.
