Last updated: 26/08/2026 (more than 1 month ago)The Fife IPS project is a proven way of helping people, who have a complex mental health condition and want to work, find and sustain employment. Aimed at people with severe and enduring mental health conditions who genuinely want to gain paid employment. Dedicated 1-1 support from an Employment Specialist enables participants to focus on applying for work in roles that they are interested in - rather than just finding any job. From 2026 they also have a specialist IPS service for young people aged 16-24, contact them for further details
