    'We Are With You' is a specialist harm reduction services to reduce drug related harm in adults aged 16+ living in Fife. We provide confidential advice to keep drug users safe, a free needle and syringe service, tests for blood borne viruses, overdoes awareness training and can also provide life-saving Naloxone injections and nasal sprays to reverse the effects of opioid based drugs. The service can be accessed by visiting the Greig Institute in Leven, by phone or by email. They also have a harm reduction van which moves around Fife.
