Last updated: 29/06/2026 (more than 3 months ago)Seniors & Carers Group meet at Culross Stables Community Hub on Tuesdays from 12:00-2:00pm to be together for company, conversation and lunch, with the added option of exercise & chair yoga for those who wish. Anyone over 60 who lives nearby or anyone caring for family or friends can come along where a warm welcome and cuppa await new faces.
