    Many disabled people cannot use standard accessible toilets and require additional equipment and a larger space to have their personal care needs meet safely and with dignity. Changing Places toilets are now mandatory in larger, new public buildings and PAMIS offer free advice and support with planning, design, equipment requirements and maintenance of Changing Places toilets in Scotland.
