    Housing support and care at home. We currently support people aged 16 years and we support people with learning disabilities, mental health difficulties, Huntington’s disease, autism, physical disabilities, brain injuries, dementia, forensic/ learning disabilities and people who are vulnerable in the community. Specialisms: Mental Health, Learning Disability, Autistic Spectrum Disorder, Challenging behaviour, Positive Behaviour Support, Young people in transition, Older People (including dementia), Forensic support, Alcohol and Drug misuse.
