If you have a respiratory condition such as Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), Asthma, Bronchiectasis, Long COVID or any other condition that affects your breathing, our community singing groups can help. No singing experience needed – just come along and enjoy the singing, the laughter and the company. The Fife Sing to Breathe group is on at the CISWO in Glenrothes, 11:00 – 13:00 on alternate Mondays. Please visit the website for information, to check dates and find out more.
