The purpose of the group is to promote outdoor pursuits for people experiencing mental health problems. The sole purpose is to get you out of the house and to help reconnect you to the wonderful things that life has to offer. They offer 2 day trips per week, we visit may different types of places and also host regular lunch and natter meet ups as well as other activities.
