Last updated: 10/09/2026 (more than 1 month ago)Steps To Resilience supports young people by giving them the tools to better manage their own mental health. Doing so helps them break negative and destructive cycles of behaviour and thinking, with the aim of putting them on the path to having the best life possible. This programme is designed for young people aged 14-16 who find it difficult to attend school and 16-25 years olds who aren't in a positive destination– both groups of which have been negatively impacted by trauma and disadvantage. They are currently taking referrals to the programme from anyone across Fife, Forth Valley, and Edinburgh such as: Schools, Parents or carers, Young people themselves, Charities, local authorities, and other support organisations.
Areas covered: Fife-wide
