Last updated: 16/09/2026 (more than 1 month ago)Later Life Choices Glenrothes operates 4 day sessions a week, a two course lunch is served and transport is provided unless you prefer to make your own way, there is a nominal charge for this service and a Help to Stay at Home service for older people (aged 65+), these are one to one in house visits lasting one hour and two hour visits allowing for outings in the community. They aim to give people as much choice and flexibility regarding the activities they can provide at our sessions and during home visits. Please note they cannot provide a shopping or cleaning service but can assist with sourcing this help for you.
