The approach of Housing First is to provide a stable, independent home and intensive personalised support and case management to homeless people with multiple and complex needs. Fife Housing First is delivered in partnership with Fife council alongside three other delivery partners. Referrals can be made for people who have multiple homelessness presentations and multiple complex needs.
