  • Active Fife May Walking Challenge - Fife Pilgrim Way

    Created: 22/04/2024
News/Events Category: Health and Social Care

Active Fife launch their May Walking Challenge.

May is national walking month, and they are delighted to be launching this year's walking challenge – to walk the Fife Pilgrim Way.

Walking is a great way to keep active because almost everyone can do it – no matter your age, income, gender or ability. It is free, and no special equipment is needed so it is an easy and accessible way to build in physical activity as part of your everyday life.

So, this May set yourself a daily walking challenge yourself. You can take part as an individual or you can get together with friends, family or work colleagues and enter as a team. The aim is to get as many Fifers as possible walking or wheeling every day in May!

    How To Sign Up
